1. Who we are

BaseOfUI is operated by AOTECH, based in Makati, Philippines. We build and host business websites with inquiry management for our clients ("workspaces"). This policy covers both visitors to baseofui.com and visitors to websites our clients run on the BaseOfUI platform.

2. What we collect

Information you submit through forms — such as your name, clinic or business name, contact details, and message — when you book a fit call or send an inquiry on a client's website.

Account information for workspace users: name, email address, and a securely hashed password.

Technical information used for security and abuse prevention: hashed IP address and hashed device identifiers on public form submissions. We store these as one-way hashes, not raw values.

3. How we use it

Inquiry submissions are delivered to the workspace (business) you submitted them to — that business is the primary controller of your inquiry. We process and store it on their behalf.

Fit-call submissions to BaseOfUI itself are used to respond to you about our services. We reply within one working day.

We use email notifications (via our email provider) to alert workspace staff about new inquiries.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Where it lives

Data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure (database and file storage) operated by our hosting subprocessors. Application hosting and delivery use reputable cloud providers with encryption in transit.

5. Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, and to object to processing.

For inquiries you submitted to a client's website, contact that business directly — they control your inquiry data and can export or delete it. For anything submitted to BaseOfUI itself, contact us and we will act within a reasonable period.

6. Retention

Workspace owners control how long inquiry data is kept in their workspace. Account data is kept while an account is active. We remove data on verified deletion requests, subject to legal obligations.
