Terms of Service

Last updated: July 12, 2026

1. The service

BaseOfUI, operated by AOTECH (Makati, Philippines), provides business websites with inquiry management: public pages, inquiry forms, and a staff dashboard, hosted on the BaseOfUI platform.

2. Founder Beta engagements

Founder Beta builds are governed by the written quotation you receive: fixed price, fixed scope, payment schedule (50% to start, 50% before handover), one structured revision round, and the stated delivery timeline counted from the day we receive your content and approvals.

Anything outside the written scope is quoted separately before work begins. Optional aftercare is a month-to-month editing-and-support service and may be cancelled anytime; your website stays live when aftercare ends.

3. Ownership

Your domain is registered in your name at your registrar. Your content and media remain yours. Inquiry data submitted to your workspace belongs to your business and can be exported (CSV) at any time.

The BaseOfUI platform, its software, templates, and design system remain the property of AOTECH. Your license to use them continues while your site is hosted on the platform.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use BaseOfUI sites for unlawful content, phishing, spam, or misleading health claims. We may suspend content that creates legal or security risk, and will contact you before or promptly after doing so where practicable.

5. Service expectations

We operate on reliable cloud infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during Founder Beta. We back up platform data and follow documented recovery procedures.

Email notifications depend on third-party delivery and are provided on a best-effort basis; the dashboard is the authoritative record of inquiries.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, AOTECH's total liability arising from the service or an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes, governing law, contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Questions: contact us through the homepage form and mark your message "Terms".
